TeleTech, one of the top BPO providers in the world, was in need of changing the market perception of it being just a leading call center provider to being a trusted business partner that can help clients accomplish complicated business goals. It was important to create a brand that communicated from the clients' perspective, offering solutions based on the clients organizational pain points. A brand architecture was created that visually distinguishes the various complex solutions that TeleTech offers in a concise and fresh manner.
